Leeds United forward Tyler Roberts is reportedly currently undergoing a medical at Queens Park Rangers. That is according to the Daily Mail, who claim the two clubs have reached an agreement over a season-long loan, with a £4.5million permanent option to buy.
QPR have beaten off competition from a number of Championship clubs for the Wales international’s signature, with the likes of Hull City, Huddersfield Town and Birmingham City all also linked.
Roberts is set to become Leeds’ third outgoing of the week with Kalvin Phillips having made the switch to Manchester City and Charlie Cresswell signing a season-long loan deal with Millwall.
Roberts made 23 appearances for the Whites in the Premier League last season, though several of those came as a substitute. He scored just one goal and provided as many assists across the campaign, with end product having been the downfall of his spell at Leeds so far.
