Kieran Tierney ruled out of Spain clash as Real Sociedad boss reveals 'MAJOR' injury for Celtic hero
Kieran Tierney has suffered a "major" hamstring tear as Real Sociedad boss Imanol Alguacil refused to put a timescale on the Scotland star's return.
The on loan Arsenal defender was taken off during his side's 3-0 win in the Basque derby against Athletic Bilbao at the weekend.
Former Celtic star Tierney will now miss Scotland's crucial Euro 2024 showdown in Spain in Seville and will also be absent for the friendly against World Cup runners-up France.
And Sociedad boss Alguacil admitted he couldn't put a date on when the 26-year-old would return to action. He said: "Kieran has suffered a major muscle tear.
