Manchester United defender Jonny Evans has offered David de Gea's difficult stints at Old Trafford as reassurance to Andre Onana following criticism of his recent performances.

Onana's start with the Reds has been mixed to say the least. While it is generally accepted the Cameroonian's distribution is much better than his predecessor, the former Inter man has fallen victim to a few crucial errors during his time as United's No.1.
