She's been through many ups and downs on the Coronation Street cobbles and fans think major news could be on the cards for pub landlady Jenny Connor.

Last year Jenny, played by Sally Ann Matthews, lost her estranged husband Johnny Connor in a freak sinkhole accident. She has since found love again with toyboy Leo Thompkins.

But their relationship hit the rocks when she realised his discontent at staying in Weatherfield after turning down a dream job in Canada to be with her.

Jenny, who previously struggled with a driink problem, dumped Leo and fans of the ITV soap were horrified when she hit the bottle again and kissed conman Stephen Reid in the backroom at the pub.
