This enabled more talents to be discovered and pave the way for youths to be engaged in basketball during the Yuletide season.“There is not much basketball activities on the Island, which is why it is vital for championships to be organised to groom more youths on the dunking game.

We plan to make the championship bigger next year,” he said.Prizes, medals and trophies were presented to outstanding teams and players, who participated in the championship.Get the latest news delivered straight to your inbox every day of the week.
