Ian Evatt's judgement on Bolton Wanderers August run including Sheffield Wednesday & Port Vale

Ian Evatt admits Bolton Wanderers have a 'really tough' start to the League One season in August with clashes against Sheffield Wednesday and Port Vale among the tricky fixtures they will encounter.

The Whites started the League One season last weekend on the road to Ipswich Town. Evatt's side picked up a point at Portman Road as they got their campaign up and running.

Wanderers have a busy month in store with games in the league and cup competitions to come. This weekend sees them take on Wycombe Wanderers in League One. There are also Carabao Cup and Papa John's Trophy clashes versus Salford City and Crewe Alexandra respectively. Evatt is under no illusions of the tests that will face his side over the course of the coming month.
