Holly Willougby has told her fans that she's 'going to surrender' after her ritual was revealed before her planned return to This Morning.

The presenter has spent several weeks off-air as she enjoyed her usual break away from the ITV daytime show over the summer.

Holly, 42, was last seen on the ITV daytime programme on July 6 and some viewers were left surprised by her sudden exit as it came with no warning or the usual fanfare of hosting an extra episode during the final week.

But the TV star has spent the last eight weeks enjoying spending quality time with her husband Dan Baldwin and their three children - Harry, Belle and Chester - and was spotted soaking up the sun during that time in Portugal, her usual choice of holiday destination.
