Heavy traffic on A470 after crash leaves it partially blocked both ways

A major route near Rhodda Cynon Taf and Merthyr Tydfil was partially blocked in both directions due to a crash on Thursday, January 18.

There was heavy traffic on the A470 due to the incident between the A472 (AberCynon Roundabout) and A4060 (Abercanaid Roundabout), according to traffic monitoring service Inrix, which first reported the collision at 4.30pm.Road cameras showed traffic officers on the scene.
