Graham Potter says the team collective at Brighton is more important than any individual despite admitting it's not easy to lose Yves Bissouma and Marc Cucurella.

The duo were arguably Albion's best players last season but they have subsequently been sold to Tottenham and Chelsea respectively.

Bissouma provided so many qualities in the Seagulls' midfield over his four seasons with the club and Cucurella excelled as a wing-back, full-back, and left centre-back last term.

The Mali international, who had one year left on his contract with the Sussex side, signed for Spurs in June for a fee that could rise to £35million, and the Spaniard, whose contract on the south coast was set to expire in the summer of 2027, joined the Blues for £55m, with £7m in add-ons.
