Giants' Saquon Barkley calls out report regarding contract negotiations

Until now. The two sides were unable to agree to a long-term deal, which resulted in Barkley being franchise-tagged. According to NBC Sports, the Giants offered the running back $13 million per year, while Barkley wanted $16 million.
