Former Leeds United goalkeeper Paul Robinson gives Jack Harrison verdict amid Newcastle United link

Former Leeds United goalkeeper Paul Robinson says it's important the Whites don't 'undersell' Jack Harrison, with the winger the subject of interest from Newcastle United.

The Magpies are looking to add a winger to their squad, and Harrison has been heavily linked, with Eddie Howe a fan of the player's versatility.

Some outlets have reported that Newcastle submitted a bid for Harrison this week - but the approach was immediately rejected by Leeds.

The Whites value Harrison at £35 million, and reports suggest that Newcastle's bid was in the region of £18 million. Having already sold star players Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha this summer, Robinson says it'll be 'really difficult' for Leeds if Harrison also departs Elland Road. “I think it’s going to be really difficult if they let him go,” he told MOT Leeds News. “To let two or three Premier League players with experience leave, and bring in six with no Premier League experience, it’s a gamble.
