First Dates' Fred in tears as daughter wins second diving gold at Commonwealth Games

There were more tears in the diving pool as proud father and First Dates star Fred Sirieix watched his 17-year-old daughter Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix clinched her second gold Commonwealth Games medal.

Spendolini-Sirieix struck gold again at the Birmingham pool in the mixed synchronised 10m platform alongside partner Noah Williams.

It was the third medal for Spendolini-Sirieix who has shot to fame during the Games, winning the women’s 10 metre platform title and mixed synchronised silver.

Proud father Fred congratulated his daughter and synchronised diving partner Williams on Twitter and said that he was crying with joy after witnessing the stellar performance.
