Fearne Cotton was wished good luck by fans as she gave an exciting and very candid update on her latest career venture. The broadcaster, who previously presented on BBC Radio, revealed that she has been working on her debut fiction novel for the past year and a half, which is now in its 'polishing' stages.

Fearne has already released eight self-help books, two children's books, and four books on healthy eating, but this will be her first venture into creative writing.

It was announced earlier this year that Fearne would be releasing her debut novel with a two-book deal via Penguin Michael Joseph.

Scripted will be released in June 2024, publishing in hardback, e-book and audio. Try MEN Premium for FREE by clicking here for no ads, fun puzzles and brilliant new features.
