Former Bolton Wanderers loanee Marlon Fossey could be on the move on transfer deadline day as Fulham are in talks with Standard Liege over a permanent move for the defender, according to reports.

The 23-year-old Fulham defender spent part of the second half of the season on loan at Wanderers from newly promoted Premier League side Fulham.

Fossey played 16 times and scored once after moving to the club at the start of January in an impressive spell that was cut short owing to injury.

Wanderers and Ian Evatt had previously made no secret of the fact that would have liked to have signed the wing-back this summer.
