Everton centre-back Jarrad Branthwaite will continue his development in the Netherlands after joining PSV Eindhoven on a season-long loan. Branthwaite came through Carlisle’s academy and made 13 appearances for their senior team before signing for Everton in January 2020.
The Toffees paid £99ok for him, as per transfermarkt. Branthwaite is yet to become a regular starter at Goodison Park, although his influence on the first team is slowly increasing.
Last term, the defender played eight times in all competitions, scoring once. He gained valuable Premier League experience in matches against Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal.
According to the Daily Mail, Manchester City are monitoring Branthwaite’s development ahead of a potential move in the future.
