Erik ten Hag will speak with the media this afternoon at his latest Manchester United press conference. United are due to meet West Ham in the Premier League on Saturday lunchtime (12.30pm) in what is their first of three quickfire games between now and the New Year.

Matches with Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest are also on the horizon, but full attention must first go to facing West Ham at the London Stadium.

Denmark playmaker Christian Eriksen (knee) is expected to be passed fit - after returning to first-team training at Carrington - but United were missing 11 players in total in their 0-0 draw against Liverpool at Anfield.

Ten Hag will provide an update from the physio's room when he sits down with the media at 12.30pm today. Harry Maguire (unspecified), Tyrell Malacia (knee) Lisandro Martinez (foot) and former Real Madrid man Casemiro (hamstring) are among those still side-lined.
