Duncan Ferguson has sent a defiant message to Everton fans, reassuring them they'll be safe despite a "heavy' 10 point deduction.
The Goodison Park club were slapped with the sanction after an English Premier League Commission found them guilty of breaching Financial Fair Play regulations.
