Watson was not fined in the case, ESPN reported. The NFL has not yet commented on the ruling. The NFLPA has already said it wouldn't appeal the decision.
For more than a year, Watson faced two dozen sexual harassment and assault suits from massage therapists. He settled 23 of the 24 civil lawsuits against him, the one remaining is still pending.
Two separate Texas grand juries declined to indict Watson on criminal charges, stemming from the allegations. Watson has denied ever sexually assaulting anyone.
