Cristiano Ronaldo rejected a crazy offer from Saudi Arabia in the summer to stay at Manchester United. Ronaldo’s future was a major talking point in the summer.
Ronaldo scored 24 times for United in the 2021/22 season but, despite his decent season, United could did not manage to qualify for the Champions League.
It was believed he wanted to leave the Red Devils to join a club in Europe’s premier cup competition. However, he did not end up making a move and was still a United player when the summer transfer window shut.
The 37-year-old is still playing at a very high level and had multiple offers on the table, but none took his fancy. According to CNN Portugal, per AS, Ronaldo was the subject of some lucrative offers from Saudi Arabia.
