GLENDALE, AZ — Following the Chargers' 17-15 loss to the Arizona Cardinals — a game in which Los Angeles didn't score an offensive touchdown — many of the team's top players acknowledged the offense is holding them back.

Quarterback Justin Herbert said the «biggest takeaway» from the game was the team needed to be better in the red zone and at finishing drives.

And all of the team's wide receivers huddled in the locker room for a discussion that revolved around being more consistent. «I thought we did a lot of good things, but we've got to score points in the red zone,» Herbert said.

He continued: «We've gotta do a better job for our defense, for our special teams.» The Chargers made it to the red zone only once Monday but settled for five field goals from kicker Cameron Dicker, including from a career-long 59 yards in the first quarter.
