Ceri Bowley has bid an emotional farewell to the City Football Group with the coach set to be appointed to Rangers boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s backroom team at Ibrox.

Recent reports claimed Bowley was to move to Scotland and now he has confirmed his departure from the conglomerate made up of clubs such as Manchester City, New York City, Melbourne City, Girona and Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou’s former club Yokohama F.
