Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou will ‘have to think very seriously’ about his Parkhead future after being linked with the top job at Brighton & Hove Albion, according to journalist Dean Jones. Postecoglou has been in charge of the Glasgow giants since his appointment last year, but there are question marks over whether he could move to the Premier League imminently.
According to The Times, Postecoglou is in the running to be named as Brighton’s next manager and is viewed as a strong contender after being added to a long-list of candidates.
The report suggests the Premier League side’s hierarchy are impressed with the feedback they have received on the 57-year-old as they look to replace the departed Graham Potter, who took over as Chelsea’s new head coach last week.
But, according to the Sunday Telegraph, via The Sun, Celtic have gained a major boost as Postecoglou has no plans to abandon his post at Parkhead just yet.
