Captain Siya trains with Boks, looks fit and ready for All Blacks

There was good news for Springbok fans on Wednesday as captain Siya Kolisi was training with the squad at Cape Town Stadium ahead of Saturday's Test match against the All Blacks.Kolisi has been a major doubt for the fixture after leaving the field at Ellis Park this past weekend having suffered a nasty knock to the face from Sam Cane.

Wing Kurt-Lee Arendse, meanwhile, watched the session from the touchlines as he continues to recover from the head knock that saw him removed from the action in Johannesburg.

Other notable members going through their paces included Steven Kitshoff, Salmaan Moerat and Canan Moodie, who could all be in line for a return to the squad.
