Police cordoned off a major road near Manchester city centre on Monday evening (July 10) following reports of a topless person climbing on scaffolding.
Fire crews, paramedics and police cordoned off part of Oxford Street, beside the Palace Theatre, as emergency services continued to respond to the incident.
Pictures and videos shared with the Manchester Evening News appear to show a topless person climbing up scaffolding on a building with police tape blocking off the main road into the city centre.
