Bolton Wanderers boss Ian Evatt has confirmed that striker Dion Charles is likely to be back in action later this month when the Whites take on Sheffield Wednesday.
The Whites are in Carabao Cup action tomorrow night against the Ammies. Evatt's side take on the League Two outfit at the University of Bolton Stadium.
Wanderers boast a 100% record against the Peninsula Stadium outfit. Bolton beat the Ammies in the two meetings the sides had in League Two during the 2020/21 campaign. He was replaced in the team by Amadou Bakayoko. Ahead of taking on the Ammies, Evatt confirmed the striker is set to miss the upcoming League One clashes against Port Vale and Morecambe, but it poised to be back when the Owls visit the University of Bolton Stadium on August 20.
