Body of man found in woods with police cordon in place

The body of a man was found in woods in Salford this morning, the Manchester Evening News understands. The tragic discovery was made in Worsley Woods earlier today (Friday).

The M.E.N understands there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death. Officers cordoned off an area in the woods after the body was found.
