That has meant that Sir Jim Ratcliffe looks set to take a 25 per cent stake in the club. However, such a scenario would leave the Glazers in situ at Old Trafford. That could leave the opportunity for other investors to potentially get involved with the INEOS-backed bid at Old Trafford. One of those could even be Reds legend David Beckham, who is currently joint-owner of MLS franchise Inter Miami, has recently hinted about being open to a potential return to United.
