Atletico Madrid captain Koke has broken his team's silence on the possibility of signing Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo this summer.
Ronaldo made his feelings clear to the Reds this month that he wished to leave Old Trafford should a 'reasonable' offer come in for his services.
The 37-year-old would go on to miss United's pre-season tour in Thailand and Australia due to 'family reasons'. The Portuguese ace returned to Carrington on Tuesday for talks with Erik ten Hag about his future and he watched on as United beat Wrexham 4-1 in a behind-closed-doors friendly.
Meanwhile, speculation linking Ronaldo with other clubs has continued with the Madrid side being the latest to be thinking about a move.
