Rivals Rangers even used the incident to mock their rivals when they invited their own Santa to parade the Viaplay Cup at Ibrox during a midweek win over St Johnstone just days after the Hoops lost to Hearts.
Goalkeeper Joe Hart even referenced the incident when Celtic got revenge with a recent win over the Jambos. The Englishman chuckled: “Obviously I didn’t want Santa getting booed that day.
