Anthony Joshua faces Robert Helenius at the O2 Arena on Saturday night, with the British heavyweight hoping to continue his return to winning ways after beating Jermaine Franklin in April. 'AJ' was expected to make a step up in the quality of his opponent for this fight, with Dillian Whyte having been lined up for the contest.
However, with Whyte having failed a drugs test, he was withdrawn from the fight and Helenius was announced as his replacement earlier this week.
Helenius has fought big names in the past, with the 39-year-old Finn tasting defeat last October as he suffered a first-round knockout at the hands of Deontay Wilder.
He returns to the ring after just a week following his last fight, a win against Mika Mielonen on August 5. Anthony Joshua will face Robert Helenius in a 12-round main event at The O2 in London this Saturday August 12, shown exclusively live worldwide on DAZN – with fans now able to view as part of their regular subscription.
