15 Primark stores to be upgraded as part of £100m plan including two in Greater Manchester - full list

Primark has announced its plans to upgrade more than a dozen stores, including two sites in Greater Manchester. It comes after the budget clothing retailer said it will invest more than £100 million in its stores, including a new investment of more than £75 million in UK retail.

Through this, Primark will open a brand new store in Bury St. Edmunds, Teesside Park, and Glasgow Fort. It will also provide extensions to some stores such as London's Westfield Stratford branch.

As a result, Primark is set to have 195 stores across the country by the end of the year while claiming to create 700 new jobs.
