Kaizer Chiefs fought back from two goals down in their Betway Premiership clash against Magesi FC which ended 2-2 on Wednesday evening at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.
Magesi held a 2-0 advantage deep into the second half thanks to goals from Wonderboy Makhubu and Edmore Chirambadare and threatened to spring the surprise of the season so far before Mduduzi Shabalala's brace in the space of a minute spared Nasreddine Nabi's blushes.
In other matches on Wednesday, Mamelodi Sundowns beat Cape Town City 3-0, Golden Arrows and SuperSport played to a 0-0 draw, while Polokwane City won away 1-0 at Royal AM.
