Yoel Romero: Ex-UFC star goes viral for lifting his opponent like he weighed nothing

Former UFC star Yoel Romero has gone viral after a video emerged of him picking up one of his opponents like he weighed nothing before effortlessly tossing him to the floor.

The “Soldier of God” is most commonly known for his time spent competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, but before he made it to the big leagues he was forced to make a name for himself fighting on much smaller shows across Europe.

In one swift move, Romero picked up Fijalka by his ankle like a ragdoll before throwing him to the ground without so much as breaking a sweat.

The Olympic silver medallist hasn’t set foot inside the cage since beating Alex Polizzi via technical knockout back in May.

But the 45-year-old will be back in action when he
