WWE star shows off gruesome head wound from live event match

WWE Superstar Carmella has shown off a gruesome head wound she picked up during her match at a live event yesterday.

At the show in Colombus, GA yesterday, Carmella teamed with Queen Zelina, Doudrop and a returning Becky Lynch to take on Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan in a four-on-three handicap match.

Carmella may not have walked away from the match with a win, with the babyfaces being chosen to go over, but she did pick up a rather gruesome injury.

The WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion, as can be seen below, picked up a rather gruesome head wound during her match yesterday.
