WWE Raw: Rhea Ripley copied iconic Rey Mysterio & Edge segment in brilliant fashion

Rhea Ripley copied one of Rey Mysterio and Edge’s iconic segments during last night’s episode of WWE Raw and it was utterly brilliant.

Over the last few weeks, Edge, Rey Mysterio and his son Dominik have been feuding on TV with The Judgement Day.

As part of the feud, Rhea Ripley has been showcased heavily, getting physical with Dominik Mysterio on numerous occasions, all of which gave gone over well with fans online.

On last night’s episode of Raw Talk, Judgement Day’s mind games over The Mysterios continued, with Rhea copying one of Edge and Rey’s iconic WWE segments.

Back in 2002, Rey was part of a backstage segment with Edge and John Cena, with Mysterio doing pull-ups on a locker while the two ex-WWE Champions argued in front of him, as you can see below.

And then on last night’s episode of Raw, the camera panned to Judgement Day backstage, and while Finn Balor and Damian Priest were speaking, you can see Rhea in the background doing pull-ups on a locker.

While not the biggest spot, fans really appreciated Rhea calling back to one of Rey’s segments from 2002, seeing it as a neat way to continue their feud.
