WWE Clash at the Castle: Five things that need to happen at huge UK PPV

We are a month away from WWE’s biggest UK show for thirty years, Clash at the Castle, which takes place from the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. 

The event is set to be headlined by the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match between champion Roman Reigns and the UK’s own Drew McIntyre.

GiveMeSport suggests five other things we need to see happen on September 3. 

Kross bags a belt 

Karrion Kross made a surprise comeback to WWE on Friday Night SmackDown and inserted himself straight into the main event picture by attacking Drew McIntyre and sending a message to Roman Reigns. Now there are major rumours that WWE are set to finally spilt the world titles once again and that Kross is in prime position to be the man to take one of those titles off the Tribal Chief. Why not set a marker down and have it happen inside the Principality Stadium to really give the historic show a standout moment. 

The Women’s Tag Team Title’s finale 

Wrestling folk love a tournament and it was announced on Friday Night SmackDown that a tournament for the vacated Women’s Tag Team Titles would begin this Monday on Raw. Now, there isn’t a lot of candidates for the belts right now, so it will be interesting to see what teams make up the brackets for the belts. However, one thing that would benefit both the titles and the show in Cardiff is to have the finale of the tournament happen at Clash at the Castle. That way the championships are given a major stage and the event is guaranteed to see new champions.
