Dolphins v Titans - Titans won by 34 runs - SCORECARD

Dewald Brevis was the star of the show in the opening fixture of the T20 Challenge on Monday as the Titans beat the Dolphins by 34 runs. 

After the Dolphins won the toss and elected field, Brevis held the Titans' innings together, scoring 54 off 44 balls (2x4, 4x6). 

He received support from Donavon Ferreira (24) and Dayyaan Galiem (26* off 13 balls) as the Titans posted 168/6 in their allotted 20 overs.

Ethan Bosch was the pick of the Dolphins bowlers as he took 2/13 in 4 overs.

The Dolphins' reply was driven by Grant Roelofson, who scored 68 off 42 (7x4, 2x6), but he received little support, with the Titans effecting three run-outs to take control of the match.

Veteran spinner Aaron Phangiso was the star with the balls for the Titans as he took 3/16 in 3.4 overs.
