World Masters Darts results LIVE as Gary Anderson and Michael van Gerwen in action at Milton Keynes
Resurgent World champions Michael van Gerwen and Gary Anderson headline night one at the Winmau World Masters.
The star suo, who have five crowns between them, open the show in Milton Keynes surrounded by a host of glittering stars including fellow Ally Pally king Gerwyn Price.
World No.3 Gian van Veen and former Masters winners James Wade and Chris Dobey are also on the card for an exhilarating first night of the showpiece tournament.
Van Gerwen kicked off the 2026 campaign in brilliant fashion by winning the first World Series event in Bahrain.
However, he was unable to cope with Anderson at the World Championship as the Tartan ace defeated him in the last 16 on his run to the semis.
Van Gerwen meets Australia’s No.1 Damon Heta at Arena MK, while Anderson is up against Niels Zonneveld, one of the qualifiers from Wednesday’s preliminary rounds.
Elsewhere on the evening, Dobey meets Jermaine Wattimena and van Veen tackles Ryan Joyce. Tie of the night could be Jonny Clayton against Wessel Nijman.
