Woman dies after being attacked by dogs inside house
A woman has died after being attacked by dogs at a house. Emergency services were called to the incident at a property in Vauxhall, Liverpool, at about 4.25pm today (Monday).
Police had received a report from North West Ambulance Service that a woman in her 60s had been attacked by dogs inside a property. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The woman's next of kin have been made aware, the Liverpool ECHO reports. There is currently a major emergency service response at the scene in St Brigids Crescent.

Officers from Merseyside Police are in attendance alongside firefighters from Merseyside Fire and Rescue and paramedics from North West Ambulance Service. A cordon is in place from Vauxhall Road to as far as Alderney Road.
Officers appear to be grouped around a side street of houses. Forensic officers are also at the scene.
Detective Inspector Gavin Mulcahy said: "We understand the shock that this incident will cause in the local community and beyond. Our officers are at the scene carrying out further enquiries so if you have any information please let us know."
