One figure in Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side who played a big part in the campaign was winger Ryan Kent.

With 46 appearances to his name across all competitions, the Englishman scored three goals and delivered an impressive haul of 20 assists.

To further highlight his attacking talent, no other player in the Scottish top flight ended the season with a higher average of dribbles per game than Kent’s 2.1.

This shows just how successful a move it was from the Gers to secure a permanent deal for the winger from Liverpool in the summer of 2019.

With the current transfer window open, the Ibrox outfit could have the chance to land their next version of the former Anfield attacker.

Earlier this month, it was claimed on Twitter by talkSPORT presenter Geoff Peters that Rangers are one of the clubs looking at Blackburn Rovers winger Tyrhys Dolan, who could be available to purchase for a fee of £2m-£3m this summer.

Having spent three years in Preston North End’s youth ranks after moving from Manchester City in 2017, the 20-year-old joined Blackburn in the summer of 2020.

His previous campaign at the Lancashire club saw the Mancunian score four goals and deliver three assists in 34 Championship outings. In those appearances, the starlet had 30 attempts at goal and delivered 33 crosses in total whilst playing in numerous attacking positions.

To further highlight his attacking talent and the similarities between him and Kent, only three other Blackburn players racked up a higher average of dribbles per game than Dolan’s 1.1.
