'Wild West' wedding brawl captured on camera as punches thrown and chairs hurled across venue

A 'Wild West'-style wedding brawl was captured on shocking CCTV footage. Cops were called to the venue, in Bolton, after the celebrations turned nasty.

A video of the fight, at Regent Hall, has been widely circulated on social media. It shows the event descending into chaos after guests had taken their seats for dinner.

The footage shows people throwing punches and chucking chairs and a table. Police were called to the scrap last Thursday night (August 24). A man was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer and later released.

One man is seen appearing to use a walking stick to hit someone. During the melee, a curtain is torn down. Shouts and screams can be heard in the video.

A man is later seen grabbing a pole and attempting to beat others with it. Two children are seen walking through the room as the men continue to argue. A woman is seen holding a baby at the back of the venue.

The uproar continues for at least six minutes. Cops said there 'were no life-changing or life-threatening injuries' reported.

The Manchester Evening News approached the venue for comment. A member of staff confirmed police were called, but declined to comment further.
