Manchester City's already hectic 2023/24 campaign will include more fixtures than normal thanks to their achievements in last season's Champions League final.
City won a historic Treble in Turkey thanks to a 1-0 victory over Inter. Rodri scored the only goal of the game to spark jubilant scenes and match fierce rivals Manchester United's feat from 1999.
The Blues' success meant they played in the Community Shield in August and also competed in the UEFA Super Cup for the first time, beating Sevilla on penalties. And there is another trophy City can add to their collection in December, the FIFA Club World Cup.
By virtue of winning the Champions League, Pep Guardiola's team have qualified for the mid-season tournament which will be held in Saudi Arabia. While still a few months away, City will soon know who they will face in the Middle East and MEN Sport has taken a look at everything you need to know.

Guardiola will gain a fair idea of who City will be facing this winter on Thursday, September 7 when the draw for the FIFA Club World Cup takes place. The draw will be conducted at the Park Hyatt in Jeddah at 9pm local time (7pm in the UK).
A team qualifies for the FIFA Club World Cup by winning either one of the six confederation Champions Leagues or by being the league champion in the host country.
