Who is Tulisa in ITV I'm A Celebrity 2024?

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! returns to TV screens tonight with a new batch of 10 famous faces heading into the Australian jungle.

Among this year's celebrities is Tulisa Contostavlos, famous for being one of three members of R&B group N-Dubz and a judge on the X Factor.

The 36-year-old vocalist joined N-Dubz when friends Dappy, who is also Tulisa's cousin, and Fazer decided they wanted a female singer in their rap group. They went on to release four UK top 10 singles - including I Need You and We Dance On - and four UK top 10 albums.

N-Dubz split up when they parted ways with their record label over creative differences in 2011. Dappy went on to pursue a solo career, while Tulisa went on to join the X Factor.

At the age of 23, Tulisa replaced judge Cheryl Cole for the eighth series of the ITV talent show, becoming the youngest ever judge on the panel. She mentored the groups during her first year, with Little Mix going onto win the show and becoming the show's most successful girl group. Tulisa left the show after two seasons and was replaced by Sharon Osbourne.

In 2012, she reached the UK number one spot with her first solo single Young. Her debut solo album The Female Boss reached number 35 in the UK charts.

Tulisa, who is from Camden in London, has also ventured into acting, starring in Channel 4's Dubplate Drama and Slasher film Demons Never Die.

More recently, Tulisa reunited with her N-Dubz band members to release new music and go on tour. N-Dubz's fourth studio album Timeless was released in August last year.

Tulisa has previously revealed that she suffers from Bell's palsy, a temporary paralysis
