Where to buy the new Nike Premier League 2022/23 balls celebrating the league’s 30th anniversary

Nike have had a long history with creating some memorable Premier League footballs over the last two decades.

For some it will be remember unleashing your inner Thierry Henry with the classic Nike Total 90 Aerow I used during the 2004/05 season. For others it was fancying yourself as the next Ruud Van Nistelrooy with the Nike Geo Merlin Vapor in 2002/03.

Nike's latest effort is celebrating 30 glorious years of the Premier League with three new balls, and the first is due to be available for purchase in July.

Leaked by Footy Headlines the three balls all share large X's plastered across as well as small crown graphics with the number 30 in the middle.

These latest Aerowsculpt balls are set to come in white, yellow and light blue and contain Nike Flight technology which claims to improve the flight of the ball.

Throughout each season Nike releases three Premier League balls including a high-visibility version used during the winter months.

There is considerably more technology involved in football than there was when Nike first started creating Premier League balls for the 2000/01 season, and that's not just the introduction of VAR.
