When is Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte? Fight date, TV channel and live stream for Wembley clash

Tyson Fury and Dillian Whyte will do battle at Wembley Stadium on April 23 for the WBC world heavyweight championship.

The all-British blockbuster bout has been confirmed for the national stadium after Whyte signed his side of the contract earlier this week.

Whyte’s team delayed putting pen to paper on the deal because of a disagreement over his split of the fight purse but Fury’s promoter Frank Warren confirmed on Friday that an agreement has been struck.

Wythenshawe’s Fury will hope to defend his WBC title having retained it with an 11th-round knockout of Deontay Wilder in his trilogy bout against the American in September.

“Tyson Fury coming home to fight under the arch at Wembley Stadium is a fitting reward for the No 1 heavyweight in the world following his exploits across the Atlantic in his epic trilogy against Deontay Wilder,” Warren said.

“The fact that this mandatory defence of his WBC title comes against another Brit only adds to the occasion. They are two of the biggest characters in British sport and both normally have plenty to say for themselves.
