When is the Carabao Cup fourth round draw? Date, start time, ball numbers and how to watch

The third round of the Carabao Cup gets underway on Tuesday night, as the remaining 32 teams try their best to make it into the last-16. With third-round set fixtures to be settled over the next two weeks as part of a new-look format, attention will soon turn to the latter stages.
