England have returned to the West Indies with revenge in their minds, following their 3-2 defeat in the five-match IT20 series just a month ago.

Joe Root travels with a new-look red-ball side hoping to restore some pride to English cricket following their dismal showing against Australia in the Ashes.

England were defeated 4-0 Down Under with several players cut from the squad to tour the Caribbean and question marks remaining over Root's position as captain.

England played warm-up match against West Indies President's XI in Antigua before they set about competing for the newly created Richards-Botham Trophy in a three-match Test series.

This new trophy honours Sir Vivian Richards and Lord Ian Botham, whose friendship and on-field heroics became synonymous with some of their respective teams' greatest Test match moments.
