What Premier League fixtures are on TV in the UK in August and September

The UK broadcast schedule for the Premier League has been confirmed for August and September.

The season kicks off on Sky Sports with Burnley hosting champions Manchester City on Friday, August 11th before Arsenal take on Nottingham Forest at Saturday lunchtime on new channel TNT Sports. Newcastle v Aston Villa concludes the first Saturday of the season on Sky.

The Sky Sports TV games for the opening Sunday will see Brentford taking on Tottenham before Chelsea welcome Liverpool to Stamford Bridge.

Highlights in the first month of the season include the North London Derby as Spurs face off against Arsenal. The match is scheduled to take place on September 24 at the Emirates Stadium, with a kick-off time of 2pm on Sky Sports.

Sky had already secured the rights to broadcast Spurs' clash with Brentford on the opening weekend, and now will also show their games against Liverpool, Manchester United, and Bournemouth, which have all been rescheduled.

TNT Sports has made its picks too, including the highly anticipated match between Spurs and Bournemouth, as well as Burnley versus Manchester United and Wolves versus Brighton. Additionally, TNT Sports will showcase the clash between Man City and last season's fourth-place finishers, Newcastle United, which has been shifted to a Saturday kick-off at 8pm.

Another exciting match to look forward to is the Sunday 4:30pm showdown between Manchester United and Arsenal on September 3. Meanwhile, Manchester United's trip to Spurs is scheduled for a Saturday kick-off at 5:30pm on August 19.
