Following a stellar Premier League career Jermaine Jenas has made another career out of football punditry. The 39 year-old has previously worked with both ITV and BT Sports after hanging up his boots.

The ex-Tottenham and England midfielder has also dipped his foot into the world of presenting when he joined Alex Jones and Ronan Keating as a host on The One Show. He also regularly appears alongside Gary Lineker on Match of the Day.

Jenas is an ex-footballer, pundit and presenter. During his footballing career the most notable teams he played for include Newcastle United, Tottenham and Queens Park Rangers.

After retiring Jenas has gone on to enjoy a stellar career in the media, presenting a BBC Three documentary on knife crime in April 2017. He also began co-presenting The One Show last year.

He has three children - Sancha, Geneva and Olivia. He is married to Ellie Penfold and they have two daughters together - Geneva and Olivia. Jenas’ first daughter Sancha is from a previous relationship.

The couple met when the England star was playing for Tottenham, announcing their engagement in August 2009 and marrying two years later.

Jenas’ football career began at Nottingham Forest, where he made his debut as a 17-year-old in January 2001.

After a great midfielder performance at Forest he moved onto Newcastle United, where he made more than 100 Premier League appearances and picked up the PFA Young Player of the Year award in 2003.
