West Ham XI vs Liverpool: Confirmed team news, starting lineup and injury latest for Premier League today

West Ham are without Declan Rice for their trip to Liverpool this evening in what is a big blow for David Moyes.

The Englishman is out with illness, though it is not Covid related.

Tomas Soucek needed stitches on a facial cut during the defeat to Southampton, and was forced off, after being caught in the face by Southampton midfielder Ibrahima Diallo in the FA Cup on Wednesday night.

On Thursday, the midfielder, who scored against Wolves last weekend, tweeted that he was “ready to fight again”, and he indeed fit to start for the Hammers.

It is the second time this season Soucek has required stitches, having suffered a boot to the face at Everton earlier in the campaign.

Moyes has Aaron Cresswell back too, after the left-back was absent through injury on Wednesday. However, he has proved his fitness and captains the side at Anfield.
